What's New to Improve Business?

The business climate is changing constantly. Smart businesses are always responding to changing conditions by offering new products and services.

So what's new?

New! Business will improve with some simple, low-cost changes but nearly all businesses resist change.

Why? Change faces great resistance for two reasons:

1. Fear of the unknown. There are no guarantees that change will always work. Sometimes change fails. No one likes to fail so no one wants responsibility for change that could fail. A line will form to take credit when change succeeds.

2. Everyone knows that change means disruption. In fact, change means throwing you against the wall and spilling your coffee. Everyone knows that change is not fun.

But change doesn't have to disrupt things anymore than washing the dishes disrupts the kitchen. Change should shake things up a little. But change can be fun if properly thought through. Change can improve business if the right things change.

New: Working with management to identify areas which can improve business, I will develop a "change this" report. Next, I'll present an interesting workshop on change and recommended changes that will improve business.
