I'm not a team builder. If your team doesn't get along, chances are you have some troublemakers in your group. You know who they are. Fire them. You can only build a business around good people.

You're better off pruning dead branches than fertilizing a dying tree. Water dead grass and you get wet dead grass.

No hugging, no falling backwards with your eyes closed. Do you really think working with Legos together will solve a group morale problem? It won't. Good people, a good marketing plan and some luck will build your business.

I do not give pep rallies. Rah rah sessions never produce lasting results. If you want a cheerleader, hire a cheerleader. If you want to increase sales, start a marketing plan.

If you want business growth, we should talk. If you want to just run ads, call an ad agency.

I'm not a "yes" man. If I think you are wrong, I'll tell you. There is no value in a business advisor who simply agrees with you on everything. Still, it's your business. We'll work within your comfort zone.
