Your Place or Web Conference?
It depends on how much you have for me to do. If you have enough people to fill a couple of days, it's better if I come to you. Otherwise, we can easily do it with my online meeting program. It's fun, easy and private.

Cost?
I charge by the hour for total time spent with your people, not by the time spent per individual. That means a person can spend 5 minutes or 5 hours. No need to meet a "minimum" billing time per person. Saves you money.
