- Built traffic to the Etna astronomy club to well over 1,500 new visitors per MONTH!
- Won a national award for website design for www.EtnaAstros.com (Google Etna Astros)
- Introduced website usability testing as a new service offered
- Launched TeachU's Business Talk Blog
- Launched a brand new business on the internet for a client with little more than an idea. The business was operating with income within a month of our first conversation. Less than $4,000 invested in the business.
- Presented TeachU's FOCUS seminar at several locations greatly improving management productivity. (They told me it really worked!)
- Designed and deployed a web site for a chemical distributor. The client gained new business from new customers within 48 hours of the site's deployment.
- Developed an automated system to present construction specifications by permitting authorities for most of the state of California. This project saved the company hundreds of hours that would have been spent researching building specifications for a given authority, and saved the company thousands of dollars in incorrectly built installations.
- Conducted Project Management workshops at a major pharmaceutical company.
- Researched, tested, and implemented a satellite telemetry system for reading coal bed methane gas production wells.
- Taught business professionalism and business etiquette to the staff at a national company.
- Assisted a project manager in reorganizing a major project to complete the project on budget and on time. This project manager had previously experienced a number of devastating delays and cost over-runs.
- Taught Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access classes to nearly 100 employees of one company, at all levels. Session sizes ranged from individual instruction to 15 attendees.
- Conducted planning meetings online and taught company staff members how to conduct online meetings with widely separated participants.
- Provided online project and computer assistance to numerous people, quickly resolving their difficulties.
- Massive training program developed and implemented for Lucent Technologies
- Worked on major land swap with the State of California achieving a significant environmental Coups
