A Reminder

I saw this post from a friend and really liked it so I'm passing it on....

"Getting a quick "out of the blue" call this morning to be told some really kind things was such a nice gesture :) It only takes a few minutes to reach out to others and remind them the impact they have had in your life....."

Oddly, this happened to me today:
I spoke with a client today who has been "too busy" to communicate for months. 10 minutes made a total difference in how I feel and in what I want to do for that client. 10 minutes. Why is this lesson so hard to teach???
